PSVT is currently recruiting for an HR Officer.

Position: HR Officer
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Pay: £22.5-25k, depending on experience

We are looking for a passionate and talented person to join our brilliant team at Port Sunlight Village Trust. PSVT holds silver Investors in People accreditation, reflecting the value the organisation places on its workforce. Based in the main PSVT office in Port Sunlight, the HR Officer will be a key point of contact for employees, providing advice and guidance to staff and line managers to deal with a range of issues, as well as providing support to PSVT’s volunteer workforce.

Responsibilities include upholding and developing the organisation’s framework of HR policies and procedures, championing best practice, reporting performance and ensuring that PSVT delivers continuous improvement to support its vision and fulfil one of its strategic aims: be a brilliant place to work.
