Dispatch

Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of order, by the method and carrier chosen at the time of ordering.

Whilst every effort is made to stock all items shown for sale, we offer no guarantee of availability. Orders consisting of a number of individual items will be dispatched at the same time unless one or more of the items are out of stock.

Should this situation occur, you will be notified by e-mail of any delay and a decision taken as to whether a part order is to be dispatched.

Delivery

You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. If any goods are received faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt via e-mail to info@portsunlightvillage.com. Please ensure the order number is quoted.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order.

Deliveries will be made by the chosen carrier. Goods will only be delivered to the address stated on the order form as we are unable to give specific instructions to delivery personnel.
