Returns Policy
This page explains what to do if you have received a damaged or incorrect item from Port Sunlight Museum & Garden Village. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Items Damaged in Transit
If you take delivery of a package from Port Sunlight Museum & Garden Village, and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, for exchange. Your intention to do so must be communicated to us immediately upon receipt of the package to e-mail address info@portsunlightvillage.com.
Incorrect items
Please notify us immediately via e-mail if you have received an incorrect item. The item should be returned to us. The correct item will be dispatched and the postage costs of the returned item refunded to you.
